Rutherford Cross is working in partnership with Reward Funding to appoint a Client Services Manager, a newly created role supporting the continued growth of the business across Scotland. This position offers an opportunity to take senior ownership of an established and expanding secured lending portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for clients post‑completion and ensuring high standards of day‑to‑day servicing, credit stewardship and relationship management. Sitting within the Operations team and reporting to the Regional Director, the role plays a critical part in protecting asset quality, enhancing the client experience and enabling the wider leadership team to focus on origination and strategic growth.
