The Group has gone through a significant period of growth since 2014 and following the recent acquisition by Hillhouse Capital Management, a global investment firm with a focus on innovative businesses in growth industries, the business has ambitious plans.

The company has invested significantly in growing its portfolio of brands, distillery and bottling infrastructure, global distribution platform, and management team. The business now generates about 70% of its revenue from more than 100 international markets, versus less than 10% in 2014.

Financial Accountant / Business Partner

This position has been created to strengthen the company’s financial processes and controls as the business continues to grow. This is a newly created role as a direct result of business success. The appointed individual will join an established Finance Team and will report directly to the Group Finance Manager.

The organisation represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated accountant who wants to work in a high growth, drinks business. In addition, the business will provide a firm career platform with good opportunity for personal and professional development as well as the mandate to shape and define how the role evolves. The company is agile in its approach and is very receptive to recommendations, resulting in great autonomy for the postholder.

Finance Analyst – Payroll

Loch Lomond Whiskies led the fastest-growing top 25 single malt brands globally and have seen consistency in the rate of growth for many years previous. This role is a direct response to the Group’s success and growth. The role will include responsibilities of carrying out and coordinating required analysis of expenses and payroll processes, working with HMRC on PAYE related submissions and payments, and other regulatory bodies; and playing a leading role in process improvement.

The ideal candidate is someone who will enjoy a challenging role as part of an ambitious and talented team, relish the variety which comes with being part of a small but high performing finance team, and someone who will thrive in a proactive environment.
