Their portfolio of 12 Hilton hotels is owned by Henderson Park Fund II which comprises 11 in the UK and 1 in Ireland. The UK franchise is the largest Hilton Franchise in the UK. They also manage 15 Mercure hotels on behalf of LRC Real Estate (London) and Aroundtown SA (Frankfurt). The scale of assets under management is in the region of £1bn.
