He focuses on recruiting for permanent positions, building lasting relationships with individuals who are keen to progress in their careers. Jonathan prides himself on giving candidates first-rate career advice and developing positive and consultative client relationships.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in finance recruitment and has been a key member of the Rutherford Cross team since 2016. He is the founder of the Planning Your Career Journey event series and leads the firm’s annual charity football tournament, which raises thousands of pounds each year in support of various charities. Jonathan also plays an active role in strengthening Rutherford Cross’ partnerships with professional bodies including CIMA and ICAS.
Outside of work, Jonathan is passionate about community engagement. He is a Lead Coach at his children’s football club, where he focuses on creating a positive and inclusive introduction to team sports for young boys and girls.
