Rutherford Cross is delighted to have be working with Kelso Pharma to appoint an FP&A Manager, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and development.
Kelso Pharma is a fast-growing pharmaceutical platform focused on acquiring and scaling niche healthcare products across the UK and European markets. The business adopts a disciplined buy-and-build strategy, partnering with founders and management teams to unlock value through operational improvement, commercial focus, and strategic investment. With an experienced leadership team and a growing portfolio of assets, Kelso Pharma is well positioned for continued expansion.
As part of this journey, Kelso Pharma is seeking to appoint an FP&A Manager in a key role within the finance function.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager will play a central role in enhancing financial planning and analysis capability across the group. The role will be responsible for developing robust budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering high-quality management information, and supporting strategic decision-making across both the central business and portfolio companies.
The remit will include building and maintaining financial models, supporting acquisition activity and due diligence processes, and providing detailed performance analysis across the portfolio. The role will also work closely with senior stakeholders to improve reporting, develop KPIs, and embed a more data-driven approach to decision-making as the business grows in scale and complexity.
This is a highly visible position, offering the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to M&A activity, commercial performance, and strategic initiatives. Over time, there is clear scope for the role to broaden as the business continues to expand its footprint.
We are seeking a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with strong analytical and financial modelling capability. Experience in FP&A, transaction services, corporate finance, or a similarly commercial environment is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders are essential.
