Rutherford Cross is delighted to once again be retained by our key client, Neogen iEMEA, to appoint a Management Accountant.
Neogen is seeking an ambitious and experienced Management Accountant to assume responsibility for all aspects of the financial management and administration of Neogen Europe. This role is based predominantly onsite at Neogen’s picturesque offices at Auchincruive in Ayrshire.
The team at Auchincruive supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (iEMEA) territories for Neogen Corporation, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing 3,000 people worldwide, with 650 in iEMEA. Neogen provides a comprehensive range of solutions and services for the food processing, animal protein and agriculture industries, not only helping to protect the world’s food supply, but also enabling their customers to produce more efficiently and effectively than they could before.
The Management Accountant will report directly to the Divisional Financial Controller, David Nolan, and will oversee one direct report. Since its inception, Neogen has experienced exceptional growth, which is set to continue both organically and through acquisitions in the coming years.
Ideally, we are seeking a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience. A proven ability to work independently with a strong focus on process and system improvement is essential. A background in manufacturing or previous SOX exposure would be highly advantageous
