Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working in partnership with McLaren Packaging in order to appoint a Management Accountant / Business Partner.
McLaren Packaging was established in 1979 and produces a range of paper-based packaging for the premium and luxury sectors. The range of packing types manufactured (divisions, corrugated cases, tubes, cartons and rigid boxes) offers customers a single source for sustainable paper packaging. This unique offering is particularly attractive to the Scotch Whisky Industry, where McLaren Packaging is a well-recognised and established supplier to large international drinks businesses, right through to smaller independent bottlers.
The Group is proud to be employing a growing workforce of 300 staff across 7 sites, with operations in Port Glasgow, Livingston and Stirling. The business’s turnover is approaching £50m with CAGR% of 17% over the last 4 years.
As an acquisitive and fast-growing business, a new role has been created as a direct result of the growth and success of McLaren Packaging’s success. The appointed individual will join an established Finance Team as it continues to grow and develop, supporting the Group in implementing its ambitious growth strategy.
