The Finance Business Partner position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join this market leading, ambitious business, where the post-holder will play a key role in influencing operational decision-making. The Finance Business Partner will act as the primary finance liaison for the collections and offshore servicing teams. The post holder will also support the heads of departments to maximise their impact and deliver a high quality, customer focused finance partnering service to stakeholders, including support to operational decision making, ensuring cost efficiency, producing forecasts, budgets and insightful analysis.
The Financial Controller position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a market leading, ambitious business, where the post-holder will take ownership of all financial reporting. The Financial Controller will manage and develop a small but growing finance function. The appointed individual will be responsible to ensure that we meet compliance and regulatory standards, monitor and manage accounts, be responsible for the financial reporting for the group, as well as lead, mentor and develop the team.
