Temporary Financial Accountant job with our Edinburgh based client for a 6-month period. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
- Supporting the statutory accounting process
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed asset reconciliations
- Processing of journals
- Supporting process improvements within Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
To apply you will ideally be a qualified Accountant with experience of Financial Accounting / Statutory Reporting. You will be up to date with Accounting Standards such as IFRS. You must also have previous experience of using Oracle Financial software. The majority of this role will be working from home so we welcome relevant applicants from both inside and outside the Edinburgh area. This role is due to start early February 2021. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum or day rate equivalent.
