Senior Audit Manager – Change

Our major financial services client seeks a Senior Audit Manager who has an extensive change/project and programme delivery background.

The key objective of the Audit Change team is to create an audit capability which is able to add value and provide risk based assessments when auditing our client’s Change portfolio. 

No other organisation within the Financial Services Sector offers such an exciting and complex environment from a change delivery perspective and this team is working at the heart of it.

The  vision for the team is to become Change Auditors whose opinion is sought and respected by Executive and Senior Management.

The existing team has a very strong background in auditing and a good track record in Change auditing.  In order to achieve their visions, our client requires an injection of Change experience to complement the existing skill sets.

We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in delivering Change either in programme or project management, PMO or portfolio management and delivery assurance. Sector specific knowledge is not required and candidates from other industry sectors out with financial services would be a very welcome addition of different experience to the team.

Technical Competence required:

In depth understanding of:

• Change delivery lifecycle/methodologies

• Set up of Change Delivery Capability

• Portfolio Management

• Project and Programme delivery

Experience:

• Programme, project or portfolio manager with significant experience of delivering complex change

• Or Assurance practitioner with experience of assuring complex IT enabled Change programmes/projects (budget of £100m +)
