Tax Manager

Rutherford Cross is working on a newly created Tax Manager position with a highly successful UK-headquartered business operating in the technology sector. This is a rare opportunity to become the in-house Tax Manager within a growing and acquisitive business.

This is a genuinely broad role offering visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to take ownership of the tax agenda in an environment where tax is seen as a commercial enabler rather than simply a compliance function.

Responsibilities include:

• Corporation tax compliance and reporting
• Tax accounting and year-end disclosures
• Management of external advisers
• VAT and wider indirect tax matters
• Supporting commercial projects and acquisitions
• Enhancing tax processes, controls and governance
• Partnering with finance and senior stakeholders across the business
