Interim Senior Management Accountant (Hybrid)

Interim Senior Management Accountant (Hybrid) job with our Glasgow based client for a 6-month period.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts to meet tight reporting deadlines under GAAP
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with external auditors
• Supporting with finance projects and with technical financial accounting queries
• Assisting in annual budget setting for the business unit
• Analysing variances to budget
• Liaising with leadership team and other key stakeholders
• Overseeing 1 direct report

To apply, you will ideally be a fully qualified accountant with a financial accounting / reporting skillset. A track record of implementing new processes or controls will be beneficial. Salary: £highly competitive day rate.
