The business has ambitious goals and know it’s the expertise and enthusiasm of theirpeople that fuels their growth.  Right now we’re looking for an outstanding PtP Finance Business Partner to join our team.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Reporting Manager, this role business partners the Finance and Procurement team providing first class performance management, financial control and process improvement in all finance aspects of the Purchase to Pay “PtP” cycle.

You will be responsible for the substantiation and integrity of the goods received / invoice received balance. You will be the main point of contact within the organisation for PtP Finance queries including working closely with our Global Shared Services centre in Poland. You will develop and analyse our KPI’s whilst having joint accountability within the team to ensure the achievement of targets and leading solutions to achieve those targets. You will identify and implement solutions to process improve the PtP cycle and prepare best in class monthly reports providing insightful analytics.

You will Identify and exploit commercial opportunities within the PtP environment whilst promoting this culture throughout the organisation. You will also lead projects or act as SME for other strategic projects.

As a qualified accountant you will have 3+ years’ experience in finance and have extensive PtP experience, attained in a high volume environment and considerable SAP experience.

You will have a proven track record working in a multi-site, international environment and evidence of influencing decisions which have improved business results. You will be commercially aware with experience in identifying and shaping opportunities and risks and have the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a wide range of people. You will have strong presentation and technical skills, and have natural problem solving abilities.
