Our Financial Services Client is currently going through a period of major change and transformation and as such seek a seasoned Programme Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end programme and will:

• Possess the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
• Communicate regularly with executive management, keeping them informed of the progress of the programme
• Plan, manage and be responsible for the budget and the delivery of the change
• Align the teams towards the common purpose and ensure that they are able to meet the changing needs of the programme
• Develop operating procedures and ensure best practice
• Ensure prioritisation of the team’s workload to deliver the right information to IT teams within the target platform to maintain momentum on build
• Manage financial aspects including purchasing, budgeting and budget reviews
• Be experienced with solving problems / resolving issues
• Possess digital experience of working with User Journeys, Business Rules, Wireframes, UI Specs, copy decks etc.
• Experience of overseeing the Testing
• Able to work effectively to tight deadlines
• Have a proven track record of delivering technology projects on time and on budget
