An excellent opportunity for a commercial analyst to make an impact within an FS institution that is gearing up for significant organisational change. You must be able to drive change yourself and in others and work across different areas of finance and operations. With a strong background in analysing balance sheet and product performance and understanding key P&L drivers, you will have a strong track record of delivering results and be able to demonstrate knowledge of key market influences and associated risks within the industry.
The role will involve:
- Responsibility for providing end to end overview and plan for bank income ensuring that all component elements of income impacts on the balance sheet and P&L account are aligned
- Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders understand the key drivers of reported and forecast information through clear communication
- Providing insights and recommendations in respect of analysis and reporting of bank income including trends analysis, commentary on major themes and highlighting key areas of interest
- Working with peers in all segments of finance and providing the link between wider finance teams, facilitating access to and transfer of best practice and driving a spirit of cooperation
