Rutherford Cross are working in partnership with a global advisory firm based in Saudi Arabia, to assist in the sourcing of a Partner to lead their Business Improvement Services team. This service line is critical to the growth of the wider advisory business and as such we are looking for the highest calibre of candidate.
The business is a market leader in the region and offers a near full service offering, with this one area ready for growth. As such the business plan for investment in headcount and marketing is signed off thereby presenting a fantastic, not to mention highly lucrative, opportunity for someone who backs themselves to drive growth in this exiting area.
Working with government and entrepreneurial leaders in the Saudi market, the role will be very varied to meet client’s needs. Key areas of focus will include helping clients achieve their objectives through:
- The implementation and driving of key performance metrics
- Sustainable and continued improvement of processes – focusing on key areas such as Finance, Sales and supply chain
- Business planning and strategy review
- Market and competitor analysis
- Essentially advising the client on how to operate more effectively while decreasing risks and increasing results
Candidates being considered for this role will be strong leaders, professionals who can manage and grow this service line through existing client relationships and building a network and strong reputation for the new service line in the Saudi market place.
Technical expert, excellent coach and business winner will be terms used to describe successful candidates. Arabic is essential as well as fluency in English with an exceptional track record of success preferably in a Director / Partner level role within a Business Services / Advisory practice.
