Interim Group Finance and Treasury Manager

Interim Group Finance and Treasury Manager job with one of our key clients. This role can be based within the central belt of Scotland or Angus and will be for an initial 3-month period.

Reporting the Group Controller, the key responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensuring that ownership of banking relationships and administration management of the Group banking platform are maintained
• Looking at the Group’s short-term cash position, ensuring subsidiaries are funded correctly and hedging and interest rate deals are handled in accordance with treasury policies
• Managing weekly cash forecasting and payment approval processes, including specific reporting to the CFO and shareholders
• Liaising with the wider Finance team to ensure up-to-date Treasury Management Policies have been developed and implemented
• Monthly and year-end accounting for the Group Treasury entity; including Treasury-related transactions and shareholder funding movements
• Supporting the integration of new businesses into the Group’s Treasury Management processes

To apply, you will be an experienced accountant with previous exposure to multi-currency and muti-territory businesses. You will be confident when liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally. This role can be predominantly remote with circa 1 day a week on site. The role will begin in November.
