Position: Interim Financial (Internal / External) Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and policies.
• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Group consolidation for 4 regions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
