Description
Interim Financial Controller (Hybrid) job for an initial 4-month period with our client based in Glasgow city centre. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for the business unit
• Production of annual statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors
• Budget preparation and rolling forecasts whilst monitoring performance against budget
• Financial analysis and preparation of KPI’s and business partnering with the Business Unit Leadership team
• Leading and managing the finance team
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
You will be an experienced Head of Finance or Financial Controller who is extremely hands on, inquisitive and used to working in a data heavy environment. The role will be on-site 3 days per week.
Salary: up to £75,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
