Interim Financial Controller job with our sme client based in Edinburgh for an 8 month period. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Production of group consolidated statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Manage the annual budget setting process
• Monitoring of budgets, analysing of variances and liaising with departmental budget holders
• Monitoring of cashflow and cashflow forecasting
• Ongoing improvements of processes, procedures and systems
• Consolidated balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervision of a small finance team

To apply you will be a fully Qualified Accountant, who is extremely hands on having worked previously in an sme. You will have first class communication skills and IT skills. Start Nov 2020. Day Rate equivalent of £45,000 - £50,000.
