Rutherford Cross is working with an established and well known organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for a period of 6 months. This Interim Finance Business Partner job is working from home for the next few months and could potentially be for the duration of the contract. A summary of some of the key aspects of the role are below:

• Delivering accurate and timely monthly management MI giving insight on performance
• Working with areas out with Finance to understand their operation and provide high quality decision support
• Contribute strongly to the financial planning and forecasting processes
• Constructively challenge processes and inefficiency to promote a value add culture within the finance team
• Work with fellow FBPs to enhance and standardise partnering model
• Actively participate as member of the Finance management team
• Monitor financial performance of projects and other ad hoc activities

For this role the client is looking for a fully qualified accountant who has recent experience in a Finance Business Partnering role with strong management accounting experience. Relationship building will be key as will being proactive to effectively support non finance colleagues. A good working knowledge of excel will be helpful and any exposure to erp systems.
