Rutherford Cross is delighted to appoint a Fund Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of the fund and its associated entities, ensuring the timely delivery of the financial reports.

Key duties include:

• Preparing and discussing fund accounts
• Preparing financial statements
• Managing Audit process
• Calculating management and performance fees
• Preparing tax information and working closely with stakeholders to ensure all information is correctly
• Yield reconciliation
• Working together with the finance team on different tasks (management accounts, budgeting and preparing statutory accounts)
• Making sure procedures, practices and systems are properly managed and developed to control the client side of the business and maintain thorough documentation for all systems

Experience required:

• Qualified accountant
• Experience in preparing management accounts, collaborating with third parties for financial completeness
• Beneficial to have experience in financial services
• Technical strong with finance systems
