Commercial Project Accountant – 6 Month FTC

Job Description

My Edinburgh based client are looking to recruit a commercially focused Accountant to partner the MD and senior internal/external stakeholders to support planning for a range of scenarios and business outcomes over a 5 year period.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining financial models
• Working with senior executives across the business to provide decision support
• Variance analysis and related commentaries
• Modelling and planning around business cases
• Assisting with month end where appropriate
• Ad hoc project analysis

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) with minimum 5 years PQE
• Advanced Excel skills
