Interim Finance Manager with our client in the Construction sector based in the East of Scotland. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management reports individually for multiple projects
• Budgetary management, forecasting and analysis of variances
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Calculating and reporting work in progress by contract and project
• Regular liaison with Project Managers and Commercial Managers
• Implementing new processes and procedures and driving change

To apply you will be a qualified Accountant with strong Commercial Finance skills. You will have a track record of managing cashflow. You will have first class stakeholder management skills and ideally be an advanced Excel user. Experience of WIP probably from a Construction or Engineering background would be advantageous. Start ASAP. Day Rate equivalent of £50,000 - £55,000.
