Credit Controller role based in Glasgow with a large organisation for an initial 6-month contract, with a potential to be extended.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customers pay within their agreed payment terms and chasing payments as per the company’s debit collection procedures.
• Send customer statements.
• Assist with investigation and application of unapplied and unallocated cash.
• Undertake account reconciliations as required.
• Identify changes in payment patterns and escalate to line manager.

Experience:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in debt collection/credit control.

On Offer:

• Salary between £26,000-£30,000 DOE.
• Hybrid working (3 days at home).
