Description

Interim Finance Manager role with our Not-for-Profit client in Perth. This is a newly created position for an initial 12-month period and will report directly to the Head of Finance. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading the Finance team on day-to-day activities including coaching and development
  • Leading on the delivery of statutory management accounts, budget preparation and management reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure financial and contract regulations are implemented and comply with legislation and best practice
  • Support with the development of the financial systems, processes and procedures to ensure best value is delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Provide insight, commentary and analysis across a wide range of financial matters to key stakeholders
  • Implement effective risk controls, identifying and managing any risks identified
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Ad hoc support with any future projects identified

To apply you will be a Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Finance Manager with good people management skills. You will be commercial aware and committed to continuous learning. You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable sharing financial information with non-financial stakeholders. This role is for an initial 12-month fixed term period commencing in June. Salary: £47,000 - £51,000 p.a.
