Description
Interim Credit Controller job with a successful Glasgow based organisation for an initial 6-month period.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customers pay their invoices on time and in full
- Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies, disputes and billing issues
- Regularly liaising with the Credit Manager to ensure all issues/queries are reported
- Preparing Statement of Accounts’ to be issued to customers
- Reconciling customer accounts to identify miss-posting of cash
- Any other ad-hoc duties that are deemed suitable for this role
The Ideal Candidate:
- Credit control experience (3 years minimum)
- Experience in account reconciliation, cash matchings and accounts receivable activities
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Proficient in word, excel and experience of working with an accounting system
- Must be available at short notice
Location + Salary:
- On site 5 days per week in the Glasgow office
- Up to £35,000 p.a.
