Interim Credit Controller job with a successful Glasgow based organisation for an initial 6-month period.

Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring customers pay their invoices on time and in full
• Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies, disputes and billing issues
• Regularly liaising with the Credit Manager to ensure all issues/queries are reported
• Preparing Statement of Accounts’ to be issued to customers
• Reconciling customer accounts to identify miss-posting of cash
• Any other ad-hoc duties that are deemed suitable for this role

The Ideal Candidate:

• Credit control experience (3 years minimum)
• Experience in account reconciliation, cash matchings and accounts receivable activities
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Proficient in word, excel and experience of working with an accounting system
• Must be available at short notice

Location + Salary:

• On site 5 days per week in the Glasgow office
• Up to £35,000 p.a.
