Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting our key client on the appointment of an Interim Senior Management Accountant for a 3-month period based in Glasgow. This role will be working within the Operational Finance team, and you will provide support to the Lead Business Partner.

This role will be responsible for:

• Business partnering with operations colleagues across direct headcount spend that includes on-site and remote delivery teams
• Ensuring all month-end tasks are completed to the agreed schedule and relevant deadlines are met
• Managing and role development of one direct report who will be responsible for key finance postings, customer head office P&L and general support across the team
• Preparing monthly management accounts for direct headcount P&L including budget tracking, reporting and insight analysis
• Preparing internal reporting on areas such as overtime trends, parts usage, expenses and mobile costs
