Reporting directly to the Finance Director, Craig Tedford this represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, qualified accountant to step into a varied position in a growing and ambitious family owned business.
In the last 4 years Tillicoultry Quarries have grown significantly through both M&A activity and organically, growing from circa £50million to over £100million, they have recently moved into purpose built offices and have a big focus on employee wellbeing and development.
Key to success in this role will be going beyond producing management accounts and actually understanding the wider business. You will play an important role in the analysis and understanding of business performance and the key drivers behind it.
