Souter Investments is the private investment office of Stagecoach Group co‑founder Sir Brian Souter. Established in 2006, the firm has invested over £750m across more than 100 unquoted businesses and currently holds a portfolio of around 45 investments, acting as both lead investor and co‑investor alongside other financial sponsors.
As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Souter Investments is seeking to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its established and high‑performing team. This represents an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced investors within a well‑respected and active investment platform.
The role is suited to an individual with a genuine interest in investing who is keen to gain broad, hands‑on exposure across the full investment lifecycle. Responsibilities will include reviewing new opportunities, supporting due diligence and transaction processes, and working with portfolio businesses, offering meaningful insight into how investment decisions are made and managed over time.

Candidates will ideally bring a strong academic background, relevant professional experience, and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
