With a current turnover of £5m+ and circa. 70 colleagues across the UK and France, the business is now looking to double in size creating an exciting opportunity to join a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial organisation as the new Finance Director.
The position is best suited to a commercially minded, qualified accountant with a proven track record of managing teams, sitting in a Finance Director seat whilst working in growing business. It is also important to understand commercial processes with a strong business partnering ability, possess a sound understanding of investment and a keen eye for detail on strategy, business partnering and running the full budget cycle. You will also work closely with the CEO on the continued growth of the business whilst getting into the detail of the accounts.
