Rutherford Cross is delighted to be retained by GHS Group to appoint their Financial Controller.
GHS Group comprises two main trading businesses, Green Home Systems Ltd (‘GHS’) and Andrew Wright Windows Ltd (‘AWW’) – AWW being a recent acquisition. Their aim is to deliver a full suite of energy efficiency measures, from windows and doors through to Solar PV and Heat Pumps, to both the domestic and commercial markets.
Founded in 2014 and operating throughout Scotland, they help customers ensure their properties are smarter, warmer, and more sustainable, as well as contributing to the UK’s net zero emissions targets. Customer service is central to the Company’s ethos, and their journey is guided by one principle: empowering people to make choices today that build a better tomorrow.
GHS Group has a detailed plan to grow to £50m turnover, and increase staff numbers from the current 50, within the next 3 years. The Group is owned by dynamic private equity firm, Easton Capital. As such GHS Group is seeking to appoint a Financial Controller at a pivotal stage in its growth journey. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of the company’s five-year strategic plan and ambitious growth objectives. Offering a unique opportunity to become an integral member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will help drive business performance and contribute to key strategic decisions.
The position is expected to evolve over time, with increasing involvement in commercial activities and responsibility for leading business improvement initiatives across the organisation. This role could offer an accelerated pathway to a Finance Director role for the right candidate. It will be based on site in Irvine.
