The Finance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial control at Cala, including the preparation of four-year forecasts for a particular region, year-end profits, projections for the cash and work on weekly cash flow reports. The individual will also ensure balance sheet controls are in place and a monthly control file is maintained. They will play a pivotal position in the finance structure and will be highly visible across the business.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with post-qualification experience, ideally from within industry. This individual will possess first-rate technical accounting skills with working knowledge of IFRS. The post-holder will report to the Regional Finance Director and will need to liaise and influence strategic and operational stakeholders. The Finance Manager must not only be an exceptional accountant and hands-on with company finances but also needs to be commercially and strategically aware.
