A new vacancy has arisen within Baxters Europe which represents an excellent opportunity to join their finance team, based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will report directly to the European CFO with regular interaction with the wider Group and International finance team, as well as various other key senior stakeholders within the business, including the sales and marketing teams.
The role will provide strong leadership, direction and development of the direct and indirect European Commercial Finance team. The successful applicant will also supply timely, accurate and insightful financial information to the European business including actuals, forecasts, budgets and strategic plans from a detailed commercial basis i.e. down to Gross Margin level.
The European Head of Commercial Finance requires a qualified accountant with a well-developed emotional and social competence growth mindset with experience operating and interacting at a senior level. This individual will demonstrate proven commercial finance experience with a sound technical understanding of wider finance processes.
