Bairds is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to provide support to achieve the objectives of the FP&A stream. This will include providing performance management (Business Partnering) across the business with a focus on budget, actual, forecast (build & challenge), and action plan design and follow up across the various areas of the business.
