Rutherford Cross Expands East of Scotland Team with New Hire

Rutherford Cross is delighted to announce the expansion of our Permanent team led by Director, Hazel Wynn.

Following continued growth at Rutherford Cross, we have recently welcomed Claudia Prat i Hernando to the Edinburgh team. She joins us to focus on permanent senior finance appointments across the East of Scotland.

Claudia graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MA in Psychology and Management. Latterly, she started her career in an international financial services and insurance company whilst pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in her home city of Barcelona.

Claudia went on to develop her expertise in talent management, focusing on leadership development and succession planning. She contributed to creating diverse pipelines for leadership positions and created a company-wide Women in Leadership network which aimed to empower and develop female talents. After five years in this role, Claudia decided to return to Scotland and continue to pursue her passion for helping individuals to fulfil their potential.

Outside of work, you will most likely find Claudia in a spin studio or reading a thriller. She is also very keen on exploring new places and is working towards obtaining her Advanced Diver qualifications!

We are delighted to have Claudia on board and are excited to further develop our presence in Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.
