Calnex Solutions designs, produces, and markets innovative test and measurement instrumentation that enables customers to validate the performance of critical network technologies and applications. The business’ solutions support customers from R&D and pre‑deployment through to in‑service testing, providing confidence that networks and applications operate as intended in increasingly complex and performance‑ critical environments. With over 20 years experience, working across 68 countries and servicing over 700 customers including BT, China Mobile, NTT, Ericsson, Nokia, Intel, Qualcomm, Dell, Nvidia and Meta, Calnex is looking to continue it’s growth and support of multiple industry leading sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader to join Calnex Solutions and play a key role in shaping and supporting the financial planning and strategic direction of the business as it grows and diversifies into new markets.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing the insight and challenge needed to support key commercial and investment decisions. With broad exposure across the organisation, the role will partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, R&D, Products and Marketing, helping to drive performance, support growth initiatives and influence long-term strategy.
Calnex are looking for a senior finance professional who is commercially focused, strategically minded, and highly collaborative. The successful candidate will be comfortable partnering with senior leaders, leading planning and forecasting processes, and using financial insight to support growth and business decisions. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly are key to success in this role.
