Senior Financial Analyst full time permanent position with our Tech client based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team in delivering their recurring internal and external deliverables, in particular month end and reforecast cycles
• Preparing month end analysis to support commentaries
• Assisting in the preparation of analysis packs to support board papers and presentations
• Data management – looking after mapping tables, data structures etc to ensure accuracy of reporting
• Continuously improving their processes and procedures to support efficient and effective operations within a strong internal control environment

You will be a fully qualified or ‘qualified by experience’ accountant who has previously held a Financial Analyst position. You will be an analytical thinker who enjoys working with complex data. In this role you will be required to communicate effectively with line managers and stakeholders. This role offers a flexible working approach to the successful candidate. Salary: £40,000-£45,000 p.a. plus benefits.
