Rutherford Cross is pleased to be exclusively partnered with a premium global drinks business to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst. This is a newly created role that will sit within the group management reporting function but report to the head of projects and systems. This role has been created to focus on the business’s newly embedded operating model. This is a performance management-focused role with a significant analytical focus, we are looking for someone who can get right into the detail of the numbers and understand the business. Once this work is done, we need someone who has the interpersonal skills to interface with senior stakeholders across a wide variety of functions, a true business partner who can robustly challenge people on performance.

Ideally, we are looking to engage with qualified accountants for this role, although happy to consider those who have qualified in practice and then moved into an industry role within a large-scale organisation and developed their post-qualification experience in this environment. Alternatively we will also consider those who qualified in industry or those PQ who have closely aligned experience in an analytically focused role within a relevant sector.
