Interim Senior Management Accountant job for a 9-month period with our Edinburgh based client. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for multiple business units
• Monthly review of income & expenditure for each business unit
• Analysis of variance from budget and liaison with budget holders
• Preparing weekly forecasts
• Processing monthly and fortnightly payroll
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset register
• Management and supervision of a small finance team

To apply you will be a Qualified Accountant, be extremely hands-on, ideally with a background in FMCG. You will also have first class communication skills and be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment. Start Sept 2018. Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience).
