Description

Interim Property Finance Analyst job (Hybrid) with our Glasgow based client for a 12-month period. Reporting to the AR Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage cashflow for various property portfolios within the business
  • Manage all debt including bad debt provisions and instructing legal action to recover with AR team
  • Regular engagement with AR and Management to understand current debt position and resolve any issues
  • Assist with quarterly P&L forecasts, annual budgets, and forecasts for all property portfolios
  • Set up P&L models for accrued income, deferred income and P&L variance analysis for all property portfolios
  • Complete period end accrued and deferred income accruals as well as strategy income
  • Period reporting of AV financials
  • Manage collection and invoicing of turnover rent including yearly reconciliation

Applications are welcomed from Part Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ accountants with previous experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and be confident liaising with both finance and non-finance staff on a regular basis. The post holder should also be proficient in Excel and have excellent organisational skills. Lastly, a background in property finance is desirable but not essential. This role supports Hybrid working. Salary bracket: £28,000 - £30,000 p.a.
