Interim Project Accountant job with our Glasgow based SME client for a 3-6-month period. Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Detailed balance sheet reconciliation work
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal postings
- Large volume data gathering and analysis
- Ongoing process improvements within the finance function
- Ad hoc duties as required
Applications are welcomed from Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Financial Accountants who enjoy complex reconciliation work and are comfortable dealing with a high-volume workload. The ideal candidate will have a good Excel skills and working knowledge of finance accounting systems such as SAGE. Strong problem-solving skills combined with the ability to gather and analyse financial data are key for this role. Salary: Dependent on experience.
