Description
Interim Payroll Manager job with our Edinburgh-based client. This role will be for an initial 6-month period and will report directly to the Head of Finance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Monthly Payroll processing
- Providing support and guidance to the implementation of a new pay grading structure
- Supporting stakeholders of all levels with any payroll-related queries
- Managing employee benefits, pension administration and salary sacrifice schemes
- Responsible for calculating and analysing the gender pay gap
- Monitoring, reviewing and processing monthly staff expenses process
To apply, you will be an experienced Payroll Manager or Payroll Consultant confident with taking control of the full end-to-end payroll function. You will be comfortable building and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation. Some exposure to previous payroll projects would be an advantage. This role supports hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days on site required each week. Salary: competitive salary depending on experience.
