Interim Operations Finance Business Partner

Interim Operations Finance Business Partner Job (Hybrid) with a Glasgow-based Manufacturing business for an initial 3-6-month period.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Business partnering with operational colleagues and department heads
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Maintaining control over key balance sheet accounts
• Complex data analysis and financial modelling
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Driving continuous process improvement, particularly in developing the reports to meet the needs of the business
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs
• Standard costing of manufacture
• Assisting with ad hoc / project work as required

The Individual:

• Preference for a Fully Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
•  Manufacturing background and standard costing experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediately available

On offer is a salary of up to £65,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
