Description
Interim Management Accountant job with our high-growth client based in Falkirk for an initial 3-6-month period. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met and all submissions are complete, accurate and timely
- Preparation of VAT returns, PSA AND QIP’s to HMRC
- Oversee the month end reporting, managing sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Perform quarterly stock analysis
- Produce balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Prepare budgets and liaising with auditors
- Assist the transactional finance team as required
- Support the Group FC & FD in ad hoc tasks and projects
Applications are welcomed from Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Management Accountants with strong business acumen, able to fully integrate into an organisation across various divisions. The post holder will play a key part in making improvements to the management accounts function through producing accurate weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will enjoy communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels, have enthusiasm to develop and possess sound leadership and Excel Skills. Salary: £dependent on experience.
