Interim Head of Finance Integration (Hybrid) job with our client based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Finance Director, the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Establish a Finance Change Programme Office
• Represent finance with the Group Programme Office
• Work closely with the migration programme, reporting progress against plan
• Lead on change management relating to the finance function and operational areas
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance department
• Mentor and develop finance team members

To apply you will ideally be a qualified accountant, have previous programme management experience and possess a formal change management qualification. You will also have a track record of developing financial reports and be experienced in both Financial Accounting and of working in a controls environment. Salary: £Competitive p.a.
