Finance Assistant

Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with a hugely successful and fast-growing beauty brand in Glasgow City Centre to appoint a 3-month FTC Finance Assistant position.

Our client has just recently moved into a brand-new HQ in Glasgow City centre and operates a hybrid working policy.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Processing of a high volume of supplier invoices, allocations and queries
• Handling sales receipts and refunds
• Conducting reconciliations to support month-end procedures
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks

Experience:

• Previous experience within Finance / Office environment
• Data entry skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
