Rutherford Cross is delighted to be working with an organisation based in Renfrewshire to appoint an Interim Finance Manager for an initial 3-6 month period.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing the monthly consolidated management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Leading, supporting and developing a small finance team
• Ongoing development of financial reports and liaison with site leads
• Supporting with the transition between current bespoke system to new ERP being implemented in Q3
• Other project related duties including integrating systems and improving communication with customers and suppliers
• Supporting future potential M&A activity
• Budgetary monitoring and forecasting, liaising with the operational teams
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting

To apply, you will be a fully qualified and experienced hands on finance leader used to working in a fast-paced environment. This role is for an initial 3-6 month period starting in September with the possibility for further extension on a month-to-month basis.
