Description
Interim Finance Manager job with a Glasgow based non-profit organisation for a 2–3-month period.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
- Timely and accurate preparation of management accounts and associated commentary
- Assisting the Head of Finance with the annual budget process
- Line managing the finance team, ensuring full and accurate processing of financial transactions in the Finance accounting software
- Working alongside the Deputy Head of Finance to produce the annual audit file and support audit field work as required
- Assisting in the training of new team members
- Assisting in ongoing project work & development and improvement of systems and processes
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The Individual:
- Immediately available
- Qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience
- Experience with budgeting and monthly management accounts preparation
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Line management experience
