Interim Finance Manager

Interim Finance Manager job with a large scale business based just outside Glasgow for an initial 6 month period. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Managing the finance back office function, supervising a team covering AP and AR
• Collection of cash and production of regular debtor reports
• Ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers
• Cashflow management and overseeing bank reconciliations
• Daily banking and banking relationships
• Review and development of AP & AR processes and procedures including documentation
• Providing first class customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of KPI Reports

To apply it is essential that you have managed a Transaction Finance team previously. You may be qualified or qualified by experience with a track record of previously managing a sizeable finance team, possessing strong leadership and communication skills. You will also have excellent process improvement skills and have the ability to drive change. Start December 2015, salary circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
